State of the books, Sept 2017 edition

Hi everyone! Excuse the mess. I’m *still* renovating. Blame the asshole hackers who thought it would be cute to change all of my page links to include the word Viagra in them. Slowly, though, everything is getting updated. I’ll be working on the header over the next couple of weeks. First, an update on my health. State of the books, Mar 2017 edition

Hello everyone! Well, surgery is well behind me now and all of the work I’ve been putting into my health really feels like it’s finally paying off. I know that regulars sometimes get frustrated by recommendation threads (myself included), but we’re all in search of that next, great book. This post started as what was going to be part 1 of 4, but I’ve decided to put it together into one long post because it’s been on my mind for months now....
